These terms apply to the HTA website, demo submissions and artist portal accounts. By using the site you agree to them.

You must own or control the rights to anything you send us. You keep all rights in your music. By submitting, you let us store, copy internally and listen to your submission so we can consider it. We are not obliged to reply, release or pay for any submission, and sending a demo does not create any agreement between us. We may ask to discuss ideas that resemble your submission with other artists; similar ideas arise independently and do not imply use of your work.

Portal accounts are for artists we work with. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. Statements in the portal are for information; your written agreement with us governs royalties and payments.

The music, artwork, text and design on this site belong to HTA, our artists or our licensors. You may not reuse them without permission.

We provide this site as it is. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
